V = Medium to thick REVIEW: Regarding the Egyptian musk yellow : I find it different from the others. It is brighter and crisper with a touch of citrus and unisex. It seems to soften over time but then later on the day brings whiffs of delightful scent. The musks are more like an aura scents. Accentuating your own personal aroma and pheromones. I find they all smell differently from one person to the next. Some people ge t olfactory fatigue to musks. I can smell all of yours for hours and are strong in me. But there is other musks I have tried and I smell absolutely nothing.

Egyptian Musk THICK (clear) - Houbi-gant type sweet all time favorite vintage old tyme smelling musk opens with a slight dry space that airs out to a leafy and green 60's smell, light woodsy and  of vanilla and beanie springtime fresh ! No.   Thickness or thinness has absolutely nothing to do with oil quality or scent intensity. For example Egyptian Musk is traditionally a thick oil, but has a very mild fragrance.  In contrast Hyacinth has a thin consistency, but has a stronger fragrance. The notion that thicker oil is synonymous with more intensely scented oil is a misconception. Only a handful of oils are thick, while most oils have a medium consistency. Therefore, people have to wear the body oil and not just smell it from the bottle to achieve the scent because body oils are activated with body heat.
