This nourishing botanical soap is made with organic ashwagandha root infused oil, ashwagandha root powder, and turmeric root powder. It's mildly exfoliating, super moisturizing, and creates a nice bubbly lather.
Ashwagandha, also known as Indian ginseng has been used since ancient times in Ayurvedic herbalism as an adaptogenic herb. Adaptogens are said to help the body adjust to outside stressors.
